The Directory is the highest organ of the Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. account with the most extensive powers of legal representation and management, necessary for the administration of the Fondo MIVIVIENDA.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

The General Management is responsible for the implementation and immediate administration of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. according to their aims and policies established. The General Manager enjoys the powers and duties set out in the social status, in the General Law on societies, and who you are conferring or delegated by the Board.

The General Management depends directly on the Directory and is configured as an executive body of greater hierarchy within the organizational structure of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A.

ORGANO CONTROL INSTITUCIONAL

It is the organ of control which aims to promote the correct and transparent management of the resources and assets of the Institution, iniciative the legality and efficiency of their acts and transactions, as well as the attainment of their results, through the implementation of actions and activities of control, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the purposes and institutional goals. Depends on the Contraloría General de la República.

LEGAL MANAGEMENT

It is the organizational unit responsible for providing advice on matters of legal, regulatory, and legal related with the activities of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. , to the Senior Management and organizational units that make up the institution.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

It is the organizational unit responsible for managing human resources, logistics, accounting and budgeting process and settlement of Back Office operations required in institutional management. other functions of your competition.

FINANCE MANAGEMENT

It is the organizational unit responsible for planning and managing the adequate provisioning of financial resources required for the operation of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. It is also responsible for the administration of investment funds and trusts to support the services of credit risk coverage and good payer award of the appropriations MIVIVIENDA, pursuant to the policies, regulations and processes approved by the Board, as well as is responsible for the administration and management of the financial structuring and the issuance of securities, and cash management.

Also this organic unity is responsible to schedule, coordinate and carry out the payments in accordance with the budget allocated to the Fund MIVIVIENDA S.A. in accordance with the existing standards, as well as receive, review and record the documentation generated by the payments. It is also responsible for the processes of securities custody and elaboration of the historical cash flow and projected.

BUSINEESS MANAGEMENT

It is the  organizational unit responsible for supervising the activities of promotion, marketing and distribution nationwide products and services offered by the FONDO MIVIVIENDA SA to different stakeholders: customers seeking generators of real estate, service channels, regional governments and / or local input suppliers and the construction sector, among others.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

It is the organizational unit responsible for managing the management of the disbursement and collection of the products of FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. , channeled through intermediary financial institutions (IFIs), as well as the collection of portfolios and recoveries of claims under direct administration of the institution.

Also, this organic unity is responsible for managing the processes of allocation, disbursement and accountability of the Family Housing Bonus (BFH) of the Program itself Roof, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing, Building and sanitation.

It is the organizational unit responsible for the articulation to the actors real estate for the generation of the supply of real estate, as well as carry out the verification and follow-up to the projects and manage real estate trusts, in the framework of the programs that manage the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A.
